GTA RP is not single-player GTA V: FiveM servers run mods, scripts, cars and maps, and that eats CPU and memory on a completely different level. That is why you almost always need more memory and a stronger CPU here, not a huge graphics card.
RP servers differ a lot. A higher tier buys you peace of mind on heavy servers:
Tell us which server you play on — for heavy ones we recommend 32GB right away, because that is the difference between playing and freezing.
It depends on the server and how many mods it runs. The basic tier is enough for light servers, and for heavy ones we recommend the Gamer tier and up — that is where frames stay stable.
16GB is the minimum, and on busy servers with mods even that runs out. 32GB is what prevents freezes.
Yes, from the Pro tier up. Streaming RP loads both the CPU and the graphics card — which is exactly why a higher tier is worth it.
Because the server keeps loading content. On a slow drive you get hitches when you reach busy areas.
